Amaze Sussex
Amaze is a Brighton-based charity dedicated to helping children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and their families, navigate and thrive. Their work is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves the right support — and the confidence to reach their full potential.
We are proud to be partnering with Amaze and their Amazing Futures project, which introduces young people to a wide range of career and hobby pathways. Together, we'll be running creative writing and storytelling workshops — giving young people the chance to discover the magic of stories and perhaps find their own voice as future authors.

This autumn, our friends at Amaze Sussex are bringing something truly magical to the streets of Sussex — a trail of book-shaped benches waiting to be discovered.
At Flight of Dragons, we believe stories belong everywhere — not just on shelves. That's why we're proud to be supporting this wonderful community adventure, celebrating the power of stories for children, young people, and families across Sussex.
Each week, a new story will be added to our growing collection — tales written by authors from across the community, each one hiding a secret. A grid of characters. Twenty-nine stories. One character left unmentioned. Can you find the missing one? The reader who cracks the mystery wins a £10 book voucher.
